Company Milestone
Establishment of Aesthetic Strategic Business Unit (SBU)
In 2016, PES Pte Ltd launched the Aesthetic Strategic Business Unit (SBU), focusing on innovative aesthetic medical devices, professional derma care and cosmeceutical products, in response to the growing demand for advanced aesthetic solutions.
Decision to Evolve into an Independent Entity
Led by Mr. Winson Teoh and Ms. Elaine Teo, the management team determined that the business unit was ready to establish itself as a distinct entity, separate from PES Pte Ltd. This marked the beginning of a new chapter in the company’s growth trajectory.
Incorporation of DermaRev Pte Ltd
On 18 December 2018, DermaRev Pte Ltd was officially incorporated, setting the foundation for its future growth and expansion as an independent entity in the aesthetic and derma care Industry.
GPDMDS Certification
DermaRev achieved GPDMDS (Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices Singapore) certification, further validating our commitment to quality and regulatory excellence in the distribution of medical devices and related products.
